As a little girl, Melissa spent a great deal of time looking at homes in flyers, newspapers and on the street, wondering what was behind the front door. She would spend hours drawing floor plans on graph paper and then imagining how she would decorate that home using the newest edition of the JCPenney catalog. Melissa would visit model homes and imagine herself showing that home to a potential buyer. It was then that she realized she had a passion for real estate and for helping people find their dream home.
